Theme
本次短视频大赛以“遇见中国风”为主题，主要面向全球华侨华人，以及在华工作学习的外国友人和留学生征集短视频作品，通过不同的视角、不同的语言，一同“遇见”多姿多彩的“中国风”。
The theme of the short video competition is “Meeting the Chinese Style“. This competition mainly solicits short videos from overseas Chinese around the world, as well as foreigners working and studying in China. Video entries will portray Chinese styles through different perspectives and languages.

征集要求
Submission Requirement
参赛短视频内容紧扣主题，时长5分钟以内，要求立意明确、画面清晰、题材不限、可采用多种拍摄手段，故事短片、纪录短片、动画、航拍、VR视频均可参加。
The video should be closely related to the theme, duration should be less than 5 minutes, and the picture should be of high clarity. A variety of photography methods can be used. Short feature, short documentary, animation, aerial photography and VR video are welcome.
（一）作品要求 Work Requirements
1、个人或团体报送参赛作品数量不得超过3件；
2、成片规格：支持横、竖屏多种格式；
3、文件大小不超过200MB；
4、作品视频时长：5分钟以内；
5、作品视频格式：高清MP4格式；
6、视频画面干净，不带角标、台标、水印或logo；
7、作品标题格式：《作品名称》。
1、The number of entries submitted by individual or group should not exceed 3.
2、Both portrait and landscape photography are acceptable.
3、The file size should not exceed 200MB.
4、Duration ofvideo: Less than 5 minutes.
5、Format of video: HD MP4.
6、Video should be clean, without sign, watermark or logo.
7、Title format:《Work Name>
（二）版权要求 Copyright Requirement
作品应为参赛者原创作品，不得使用无版权素材，不得侵犯第三方一切合法权利，严禁抄袭，一经发现，作品取消参赛资格，短视频上传者将承担全部责任。
The video should be an original work of the participant, without any copyright-free materials. All legal rights of third parties shall not be infringed. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.Once any plagiralism is discovered, the work will be disqualified from the competition,and the short video uploader will take full responsibility.
